Empowering Future
Valuing Every Individual.
The Foundation of Learning
Clear Vision, Shared Values
At Vidhyabharati Foundation, we understand the challenges faced by students in primary schools, particularly from grades 3 to 8, who lack foundational skills in reading, writing, and arithmetic. According to ASER 2022 data, this gap leads to low academic performance, high dropout rates, and hindered progress in other subjects. Our approach is designed to address these issues and provide holistic support to ensure that every child has the opportunity to succeed.
Poverty places immense responsibilities on children to either contribute to family income or care for younger siblings, while parents are often engaged in labor work, unable to support their children's education. Moreover, frequent celebrations of social, religious festivals, and family rituals result in fewer academic days for students. These circumstances significantly diminish students' interest in academics, leading to a decline in their engagement and higher dropout rates.
We focus on enhancing foundational skills in reading, writing, and arithmetic, which are crucial for academic success.
Our tailored programs aim to bring students up to grade level, enabling them to effectively participate in classroom activities, comprehend academic materials, and make significant strides in their overall educational development.
Beyond academics, Our programs are designed in the way that emphasizes character building, vocational skills, and life skills for children's holistic development. This includes moral education, leadership skill etc.
Our comprehensive support system includes after-school programs that provide additional tutoring and homework assistance. Alongside academic support, we offer continuous monitoring of student progress and deliver emotional support as needed to foster a nurturing and effective learning environment.
The foundation implements systematic tracking and evaluation of student progress through multi-tiered assessments involving teachers, team leader, and coordinators to tailor interventions.
We engage with families and communities to tackle socio-economic barriers that impede children's education. They focus on creating an enabling environment for education by involving parents and community stakeholders.
The foundation consistently provides training programs to equip educators with innovative, student-centered teaching methodologies. These approaches are designed to address the diverse learning needs of children, encouraging active engagement and moving beyond traditional rote memorization techniques.
To accommodate frequent social and religious obligations, we offer adaptive schedules and supplemental learning opportunities, ensuring consistent engagement.
Our holistic approach ensures students improve academically while developing essential life skills, resilience, and the ability to thrive.
