Mr. Kamal Dave serves as the Treasurer of Vidhyabharti Foundation, bringing a strong academic foundation with qualifications including M.Com, LLB, PGDIT, and CAIIB certification. With over 25 years of experience, he has worked as an Executive with an All India Development Financial Institution and held senior managerial roles in various state-level organizations. His profound expertise in finance, governance, and industrial associations, including Srishti NGO, plays a critical role in ensuring the Foundation’s financial integrity, transparency, and robust governance. Mr. Dave’s leadership in financial oversight and compliance significantly strengthens the operational sustainability and trust of the Foundation.

Program Coordinator
Parisha Parmar is a seasoned education professional with 26 years of experience, including roles as Principal and School Director. She holds a P.T.C. in Basic Teaching and certifications in computer and art. With deep expertise in teaching Mathematics and Science, Parisha excels in educational program management, teacher training, and leading workshops. She is committed to value-based education, child development, and creating positive learning environments, actively facilitating innovative programs for children, youth, and educators.
Assistant Program Coordinator
Sonal Lakum is an experienced education facilitator and Assistant program co -ordinator. She holds a B.Ed, PGDCA, and certifications in computer software programming and multimedia. Since June 2022, Sonal has been leading multiple projects at Vidhyabharati Foundation. She also serves as a trainer, guiding student development, life skills, and English language learning initiatives. Known for her strong communication, leadership, and positive attitude, Sonal actively contributes to the foundation’s mission of educational empowerment.
Executive Officer (Fundraising, Communication & Documentation)
Devagna Parikh is dynamic leader with proficiency in fundraising, project management and financial consulting. She is a career social worker, holds BBA and LLB, backed by experience of decade in various sectors, leverages her sharp analytical skills & strategic vision to drive successful fundraising, project management and stakeholder engagement initiatives in the nonprofit sector. She Previously worked with reputed organizations like SSKK, Hariraj Charitable Trust, Devagna leads with empathy and precision to create meaningful social impact at Vidhyabharti foundation.
Cluster Co-ordinator, LEP, Vagra
Kamil Raj, leads the Vidhyabharti Foundation's initiatives in the Vagra block of Bharuch district. With a background in engineering operations and over three years’ experience as a Community Facilitator at Gram Vikas Trust, he has a proven track record of fostering community development and educational growth.Kamil is dedicated, quick to learn, and excels at managing multiple responsibilities.

Danicha Arti holds a Master of Commerce degree and leading the organizational activities for the Ramaniya Kutch program at Vidhyabharti Foundation. She plays a key role in managing and coordinating initiatives that support the foundation’s mission in the Kutch region, contributing to community development and empowerment through effective organizational leadership.
Cluster Coordinator, Tarunya, Sanand
Hetal Patel, with a BA and BEd, leads the Tarunya Program at Vidhyabharti Foundation, a dedicated initiative for adolescent empowerment. She brings dedication and vision to empowering young minds through innovative learning and holistic development.Under her leadership, Tarunya equips adolescents with essential skills and support, enabling them to grow into confident, responsible, and empowered members of their communities.
